This stunning holiday house is fully detached and built on 700sqm private land in Yesiltepe, Didim. Yesiltepe, Didim, is a beautiful, natural location with refreshing air. This stunning villa was built in 2012 by a British couple. Didim is currently home to over 2,500 British citizens.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a nice fireplace, kitchen, sunroom, a bedroom, a bathroom and a utility room. If you are working remotely, there is also a workroom ready for you. The kitchen has all home appliances including little ones; they are in good condition and ready to use it.

On the 1st floor, there are 1 bedroom, 1 ensuite bedroom, a bathroom and a 30 square meter terrace. The ensuite bedroom has a private large bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony with a beautiful view of nature. On the top floor, there is a balcony that has a sea view partially.

In the garden, there is a swimming pool with a children’s pool, a large area where you can have a barbecue and a gazebo to have great moments with your guests. It also has a garage for one car. In addition, there are a few fruit trees where you can pick pomegranates, peaches and lemons in its season.

Am I eligible to get it?
